ABOUT
This is a Trauma Informed Care counseling office. I utilize a variety of evidenced based practices including, but not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Response and Prevention (ERP) and EMDR.
I work with adolescents, adults, couples and families as we work to help meet the personal, family, or work goals of those we work with. We specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, and ADHD.
AREAS OF SPECIALTY
Areas of specialty include: trauma and abuse; anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders; ADHD; self-esteem; anger management other emotional management/behavioral issues, OCD, and substance use.
