ABOUT
This is a Trauma Informed Care counseling office. I utilize a variety of evidenced based practices including, but not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Response and Prevention (ERP) and EMDR.
I work with adolescents, adults, couples and families to help meet personal, family, or work goals. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, and ADHD.
AREAS OF SPECIALTY
Areas of specialty include: trauma and abuse; anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders; ADHD; self-esteem; anger management other emotional management/behavioral issues, OCD, and substance use.
